Team & Access
Your staff do not share one login. Everyone signs in with their own Qbox account, joins your organization as a member, and gets one or more roles that decide which pages they can open and what they can change there.
How access works
- The owner can do everything, and is the only one who sees Billing and Organization settings.
- Everyone else gets exactly what their roles give them. Roles add up, just like Discord roles: someone with Moderator and Media Manager can do everything both roles allow.
- Access follows the person everywhere it applies. The same roles decide what they see in the dashboard, what they can do in your Grafana, and which buttons work for them on application posts in Discord.
Every organization comes with three built-in roles:

| Admin | Runs the organization day to day. Everything except billing and ownership. |
| Member | Works with media and the voice server, and can see the other services. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to media and services. |
Built-in roles cannot be changed. For anything more specific, create your own roles, for example Moderator or Whitelist Reviewer. See Roles and permissions.
All three built-in roles can open the Logging page, so everyone who holds one can sign in to your Grafana as a Viewer. If someone should not see your logs, give them a role of your own with Logging set to No access instead.
Two ways to bring staff in

What your staff get
Once someone is a member with the right roles, there is nothing else to set up:
- Dashboard pages appear in their sidebar as soon as their roles allow them.
- Grafana: anyone with Logging access can press Sign in with Qbox Dashboard on your Grafana login page. Owners become Grafana Admin, Manage becomes Editor, View becomes Viewer. See Staff access to Grafana.
- Applications: reviewers can vote and decide in the dashboard, or with the buttons on the application posts in your Discord. See Reviewing applications.
Keeping track
The Members page lists everyone, their roles, and pending invitations. Open a member's menu and choose View access to see every page they can open and which role gives it to them. The Audit log records who invited, removed or changed whom.
