Portal page
Your organization gets its own public page at apply.qbox.re/<your-slug>, where <your-slug> is your organization's slug, the same one you see in your dashboard links.
It lists your open forms and questionnaires, and it is where players apply and follow their applications. You do not have to host anything.
Style your page
Go to Applications → Portal page. The public link is at the top, with a copy button and Open to view the page in a new tab. A live preview next to the settings shows your changes as you make them. Press Save changes at the bottom when you are done, or Discard to undo them. Changing the page needs Applications set to Manage; anyone else can look but not change anything.
The page uses your organization's name and logo at the top. Everything else is set here:
Appearance

About your server

What players see
Your page
At apply.qbox.re/<your-slug> players see your banner, name, tagline, links and about text, then:
- Have your say: your questionnaires, if you have any.
- Open now: forms they can apply to right now.
- Opening soon: open forms whose opening time has not arrived yet, so players know when to come back. Only shown when Show forms that open later is on.
- Recently closed: forms whose closing time passed in the last two weeks.
If nothing is open, they see "No applications are open right now." and a Join our Discord button if you set a Discord invite.
Draft and closed forms are not listed. A form's questions are only shown while it is open.
Applying
- The player opens your form's link, or picks the form on your page.
- Signed out, they see Sign in to apply, a Sign in with Discord to apply button, and a read-only list of the questions under What this form asks, so they can prepare.
- They sign in with their Discord account. Their Discord account is how you know who they are.
- They answer the questions and press Send application. A quick captcha check may appear first.
- They land on their application page with "Your application is in."
When a player cannot apply
Instead of the form, the player sees one of these, with an explanation:

Following an application
Signed-in players find everything they sent under My applications in the account menu at the top of the page. Each application page shows:
- Progress: Submitted, In review, Interview, Decision. The page updates itself while it is open.
- Interview note, if you moved them to interview and wrote one.
- The deny reason, if you wrote one.
- Messages: the conversation with your staff. They can reply while the application is open. They are told on Discord when your staff send them a message.
- Your answers: what they sent.
- Withdraw application, while the application is still open. This closes it for good, and the form's waiting period applies before they can apply again.
Troubleshooting
"Pick an image from this organization's media." The banner must come from your organization's own Media. Upload the image there first, then pick it with Choose from media.
"Use a discord.gg or discord.com/invite link." The Discord invite field only takes Discord invite links. Create an invite in Discord that does not expire and paste it here.
The page warns that the portal link does not work.
Your organization's web address (its slug) is one the portal uses for itself, for example api or applications, so your page cannot be shown there. The slug cannot be changed from the dashboard, so ask for help in the support channels of the Qbox Discord.
Players see "This form is not open". The form is a draft, closed, or paused by your plan, or its web address changed. Check the form's status on its Share tab.
"Join (your server) on Discord first" even though the player joined. Make sure they signed in with the same Discord account they joined with, then have them press I joined, check again.
"The captcha check did not pass. Give it a second and send again." The player's browser did not finish the check in time. Waiting a moment and pressing Send application again fixes it. Their answers are not lost.
"This application is closed, so messages no longer go through." The player tried to reply after the application was decided or withdrawn. Messages only work while it is open.
